So you placed a Cash on Delivery order. We sent your order after confirming with you on call but after that we kept calling and the delivery boy kept calling you but no call was answered because of which the parcel was not delivered and returned to us. It infact caused us a lot of loss. So the reason order didn’t reach you was because you did not answer the calls and the address given by you was also a street address and not a house address.

The reason for the same was the number provided by you was switched off when the delivery was attempted. Delivery was attempted 4 times but the phone was either not answered or switched off. Our team also continuously coordinated with you and asked you to answer the call while we requested for re-attempt. After constant following up and mailing from our end the parcel finally got delivered to you in 5th attempt. It is easy to give a 1 star review but you know our team really followed up with you and it was fault at your end that the parcel wasn't delivered on time. No brand ensures delivery like we do. :)
